A lot of what’s out there focuses on managing symptoms—coping strategies, mindset shifts, ways to push through. And while those things can help, they often don’t create lasting change. Because what you’re experiencing isn’t random.
The overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and repeated patterns usually come from deeper internal dynamics - patterns that were formed over time and keep getting triggered in the present. My work focuses on understanding and shifting those patterns.
Not by forcing change or trying to override what you feel, but by working with it in a way that creates real, lasting shifts.
