Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports your nervous system and helps your body move out of stress and into a more calm, regulated state.

This can be especially helpful if you’re experiencing:

  • constant overthinking or mental noise

  • anxiety or feeling on edge

  • emotional overwhelm

  • burnout or low energy

  • difficulty relaxing, even when you try

  • feeling disconnected from yourself

 

You don’t have to “do” anything in a session. This is a space to slow down, receive, and let your system reset.
